Command Button Add New Record

Hello. I'm trying to build a form from multiple tables that will let the user add a new record. I've inserted a command button but how do I get it to add a new record?

Also, after that I need to do a 1 to Many table insert for the same record that was just added. Any suggestions.

Is this possible in Access. The only Add Record I've seen in Access is working in one table, entering data in directly.
