Command Button Errors

I keep getting errors when attempting to FIND NEXT, GOTO
LAST, FIND PREVIOUS, etc.
The error message is:
"You didn't specify search criteria with a FindRecord
action"
I've used the wizard to create these buttons.
What am I doing wrong?
