I have a database in MS Access 2003 with 1,126 org membership records. Some members are identified as "Active" in a field named strStatus. Of the total records, 276 are "Active". Others may be "Suspended", or "Deceased".
I created a command button to limit the viewed record sets to Active Members, and another to limit the records to those with an option box checked.
The command button executes a macro using the ApplyFilter command, and the name of the associated query in the Filter Name control. In one case, qselActiveMembers; and in the other, qselMarked Records.
The queries work properly, but when executed thru the command button and macro, the record sets are not limited by the query filter.
Any ideas about what could cause this?
