Command Button on a form

I would like to add a command button to a form that will allow a user to add
attachments to the form. I know this has to be done in the "View code"
section but I am unsure of the script/code that should be used.
Basically, when the user clicks on the button, I want the Insert File pop-up
box to appear.
Can anyone help?

The Click event is what fires, hence for a button named CommandButton1:
