Command Button Wizard Error 'Subscript is out of range"

I'm getting an error when I try to put a new button on a
form. It seems to have happen when I reached around 100
buttons (Default name Command100). Is there a limit
and ,if so, how do I get arround it. I also get a
duplicate name error when I try to import a form from
another project.

Create a new blank database and import all of the objects into the new one.
