How would you link a userform to a command button. Once you click on the
command button the userform pops up then I want a OK button to close the
userform

the command button would just be any button linked to your forms page, then
after you create your form, you could change the Submit button to say; "OK"
I guess. Is that what you mean?

Any command buttons (and user forms) created in the VBE are only available to you in FP, not in the web site
