Command Buttons & Hyperlinks

In Access 2002, I’ve created some command buttons on a form. These buttons
use the Hyperlink Address and Hyperlink SubAddress properties to resolve to
various web pages. The site these pages are on uses frames, with a left frame
showing the table-of-contents and a right (main) frame showing the chapters
of the manual. I use the SubAddress to point directly to a specific section
of a page in the Main frame.

The problem is that when I click the button, the page comes up showing only
the top. That is, the specific section information in the SubAddress property
is ignored. If I create a link in MS Word (for example), it resolves properly
when clicked. Naturally, I combine the two parts of the web address together
for the Word link.

But even if I place that complete link in the Hyperlink Address property of
the command button (and leave Hyperlink SubAddress blank), it still doesn’t
resolve to the proper section of the Main frame page.

Can someone give me some idea of what I might be doing wrong?
