I have an Access 97 DB that I often run Total Access Analyzer to provide
details needed for additional development.
I ran it today and it hangs on the CommandBar Menu when it was scanning the
cmd bars for about 2 seconds and then closes Access with an error simply
saying an error log is being created.
I had this same problem before where it was a report that it would hang on
and then close. I deleted the report and now it seems to works fine.
1) Is it too general to ask how I find out if something is corrupt in my
database?
2) Where are the error logs it creates and how do I read them?
3) It was easy to delete the corrupt report, but how do I find out what
command bar it's hanging on now?
I've already tried creating a new DB and importing all. I ran the scan on
the new DB with the same results.
Any help would be appreciated.
