Commandbarpopup is not working when multiple MS Word instances are opened

Hi,
I have created Word addin and added CommandbarPopup control to the
toolbar.
In the CommandbarPopup control there are two CommandbarButtons. These
commandbarbuttons are working fine when only one instance of MS Word
is running.
But, when the multiple instances of MS Word are open then the
CommandbarPopup only shows the commandbarbuttons but on click of the
commandbarbuttons does nothing.
I am unable to find the solution for this problem.

Please can anybody help me?
