CommandBars problem

when I read the CommandBars property. there get a:
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException was caught

StackTrace:
at Word.ApplicationClass.get_CommandBars()

I use Office XP(sp3) and Windows XP(sp3)

Is any way to work around it, need your help, Thanks!
