When I insert a comment on a Word document, I want to see the comment
in a balloon at the margin, but even though the Reviewing Pane is NOT
checked on the Reviewing toolbar's Show drop-down menu, and Use
balloons to display changes IS checked in Word preferences, the
reviewing pane comes up every time. How do I get the balloons to
display? Occasionally it has worked properly, but rarely and I don't
know why. I'd appreciate any light you can shine on this matter.
