Comment Placement

When comments are added to a cell, is it possible to lock
the location of its placement when a user puts their
cursor over the cell? I can adjust the comments placement,
but when I close and reopen the spreadsheet, the comment
is back to it's original position.

Any thoughts?

I AGREE WITH ANNABELLE I HAVE A VERY LARGE SPREADSHEETS THAT WHEN I GO TO EDIT A COMMENT SEND S ME HALF WAY ROUND THE WORLD LOOKING FOR THE COMMEN
