I am police supervisor and I used MS Word 2007 to create some report writing
forms. The forms are protected and allow filling in. What I want to do is
have the officer complete the form, protect their changes, save it in a
community folder and then I can correct it. My corrections would include me
making comments on the report and returning it to the community folder for
the officer to correct.
The problem is that I can’t figure out how to comment on the forms they fill
in. Any helpers?
