Comments Added to diagram

I have not been able to 'glue' an inserted comment to a shape to keep them
together. 'Grouping' does not work. Can not attach with connector.

Can you tell us exactly which shapes you are using, and from which
stencils?

There are numerous ways of adding comments to a visio drawing. Each of them
are slightly different. Inserting a Comment from the menu bar is at the page
level, not the shape. At the shape level, select the shape and then use the
"edit shape screen tip".
