Comments and custom fileds in Timesheets

Hi,

we are configuring timesheets for our support team .. which does a lot of
unplanned work: for instance today - Dec 14 ..resource x timesheet could look
like this:

1 hrs Call no. 5 Module A
2 hrs Call no. 8 Module Y
3 hrs Call no. 15 Module K
2 hrs Call no. 18 Module S

now how do we capture comments/custom fileds that related to or decrible the
work hours put in by the resource on a daily basis ... and how do i get to
see timesheet reports on the project server (2007).

I will appreciate what ever help i can get on this..
