Comments in shapes

Using Visio 2003,
I would like to be able to embed (not sure that is the correct word) into
shapes in flowcharts, so that the comment is invisible until I roll the mouse
over the shape. When you roll over the shape, I wish to have the comment
appear.
I cant figure out how to do it.
