Comments in Visio 2003

Just converted to Visio 2003. Cannot access my comments that I saved in a
Visio 2000 document. Are they lost forever? Please help.

What drawing type is this?
Do you mean a comment shape (if so, then from which stencil) or a
comment field of a shape?

Thanks for asking. This is an organizational chart that was created in Visio
2000. The user added comments and when we converted her to Visio 2003 she can
no longer see the comments. Any ideas?

Since "comments" can have multiple meanings in Visio, can you be more
precise?
