comments initials change when printing

hello everyone, i have been having this little problem and it's driving me
nuts.

word 2003

when i add a comment on my document my initials show up. and as i add on
more comments, the comments with my initials get numbered.

now the problem is when i print them. my initials disappear and they get
replaced by other letter(s). sometime just a letter. the comments remain
and the numberings.

so in summary, my initials in my comments get replaced by letter(s) when i
print the document.

any help would be appreciated.

Do you have "Remove personal information..." checked on the Security tab of
Tools | Options?
