Comments tooltips not shown

A colleague using Word 2000 says he doesn't see the tooltips for
comments when he places the cursor over a Word comment.

Is there a Word setting he can change to rectify the situation?

Or perhaps it is a more general Windows issue?

On the Tools menu, click Options. Click the View tab. Make sure the
"ScreenTips" option is checked, and click OK.

Silly me, I had looked under Options, but I hadn't seen that particular
option :-[

Here's feedback from my colleague, who is obviously highly delighted

wow - I did it (Extras-Optionen-Ansicht-QuickInfo in German) and am much
impressed. Not only do the comments pop up, but they are also
highlighted in yellow. This is a great improvement. One of the many
things one really ought to learn properly in Word.
