Comments when accepting or rejecting task updates

As a resource entering a comment at the time of submitting an update, the
comment is displayed in an email to the schedule owner.

As a schedule owner entering a comment at the time of accepting or rejecting
updates, the comment is NOT displayed in the email to the resource. Although
the 'comment' field is visible within the email, the comment isn't displayed.

Why would this feature behave differently depending on where the comment is
generated?

Hi JenStover,

good questions, I am not sure why, what I can tell you is that the user can
see the comment by drilling into the task within My task and selecting the
Task history. The user can see ther comment there
