I created a spreadsheet in Excel 2007 but saved in 97-2003, locked out cells
but allowed to edit objects so users could insert comments. All the other
users are in older versions. When they open, they do not have permission to
insert comments, so I went in on there machine as well and opened up, checked
to allow edit objects, saved, works while sheet is open. Once they save and
close the sheet, then re-open, this option is gone. How do I correct this?
