I've been adding some comments. A yellow box comes up.

How do you keep it up?

How do you get it to not add your name? Thanks!

I've been adding some comments. A yellow box comes up.

How do you keep it up?

For one:

CTRL-click on the cell with the comment and choose "Show Comment".

For all:

Take a look at "Show or hide comments and their indicators" in XL Help.

How do you get it to not add your name? Thanks!

If you search for "comment" in XL Help, the first item that pops up is
"When I create a comment, I don't want my name to appear in the comment."

Look there.
