I need to copy a cell content to a Comment into another worksheet in
the same cell ref.

sheet1
A1 = apple
A2 = orange


Sheet2
A1 = comment (apple)
A2 = comment (orange)

On sheet 1, display the cell's comment via Insert-EditComment. Highlight and
copy the comment text. Select the cell in sheet 2, Edit Paste. If this is
not what you wanted, please post again with more details.
