commercial printing

have publisher 2000. I'm trying to use the commercial
printing option for "color printing" but there is no menu
option for it. The help screens say the following:

"On the Tools menu, point to Commercial Printing Tools,
and then click Color Printing", etc. But there is no
option for it. I searched the MS knowledge base but the
only thing I found was about a mail-merge conflict... I'm
not doing a mail-merge...

I would appreciate any help anyone could offer....

I don't know if you have to have the Commercial Printer Drivers installed to get this
option, but it maybe worth doing:
