Common calendar on home network

Will outlook 2003 allow us to do the following:

We have three computers operating on our home network. We would like to be
able to create a single family calendar that all members of the family can
view and edit on any of the three computers and have the same caendar
viewable/usabe/printable from each of the three calenars. Mom and dad would
also like to synch their palm pilots from the common family calendar from
each of their computers, respectively.

If outllok 2003 allows this what is the best way to set it up?

Many thanks in advance,

LHB
