Common Dialog control

I'm trying to add a Common Dialog control to a form, so that the user
can select a file. However, when I attempt to add the control on the
form, I got the following message: 'You don't have the license required
to use this ActiveX control.'. I need a license? Do I have any
alternatives? I could have the user type the path and filename, but
that's not an optimal solution.

I never use the Common Dialog control as ActiveX, I use the API because it
just works...
