Common File Open Dialog

Hi All, thanks for your time!

I'm using a form to display an image file located on the network. I need the
user to select a the file name and path from a dialog box similiar to a
normal File Open box.

I've managed get this to work using the FileDialog option in Access 2003.
However, this is my problem, how do i get it too work in Access 2000?

The FileDialog is not very useful. Not only is it available in recent
versions only, but it doesn't work in runtime/mde, and the SaveAs doesn't
work in Access at all.
