common header and footer word and excel

Does anyone know of a program that can attach the same
header and footer with sequential page numbering for a
group of seperate word and excel file? I am putting
together a contract book that uses a number of different
files.

Hi Shel,

Which version of Word do you have? If it's 2002 (Office
XP), do you have the disks or CD from any earlier version
laying around somewhere?
