Common paragraphs

The company I work for creates a lot of word document with the same paragraphs.

Is there some way to have a central store of these paragraphs that every
client can access and insert in to the document? Without copy/pasting would
be best.

I was thinking about smart document with document fragments. Is there a
better way?

thanks

How about isolating those paragraphs into separate Word documents, putting them into a central, shared location, then using the Insert->File... functionality to access them? Or write your own Insert File macro that might be a little more friendly for your particular needs...

Hi =?Utf-8?B?U2ltb24gUm9l?=,

Besides Peter's suggestion, another possible approach would be to
- create a template
- create AutoText entries for these paragraphs
- store the template in the users' Word Starup folders (this can be copied in
at log-in, for example, to keep people up-to-date)

Or, if these paragraphs are always used in particular document types, the
AutoText entries can be stored in a template specific for that type, and the
templates placed in a shared WORKGROUP templates folder.
