Common Resource Pool

Hello,

I am setting up a common resource pool file so that PM's within my company
can link their projects (Each PM has their own portfolio) to it. I am now
trying to figure out how I can setup "Portfolio" Groups within the resource
pool file.

I tried to group per "Project" column, but it only groups into 1 group as it
assumes that there is only 1 project - the "resource pool" project. Does
anyone have any solutions?
