Common Template

[I'm pretty sure the answer to this will be 'no', but nothing ventured
nothing gained!

Is it possible to set a common template for all users in a Share
Notebook? From what I've seen so far if I set a template for a sectio
in a Shared Notebook that works fine for me on my PC, but has no effec
on any one else. Assuming the answer is 'no', does anyone else thin
this would be a handy feature (with or without an individual's option t
override the common template), such that its worth me adding to the O
wishlist on Connect

Yes.

I haven't yet seen any wishes on Connect appear in the advance previews and
online screenshots of OneNote 2010 so I'm dubious as to whether Connect has
any value to end users as a conduit for wishes. I've stopped posting there.
