communicator 2007 pop-up for incoming messages

Our company has converted from Sametime and a nice feture of the old product
was that you could set Sametime to POP a window to the front on your desktop
when someone tries to contact you.

Is this functionality available in Communicator? Right now, it just sounds
and blinks at the bottom of my screen.
