I use Outlook to process my email.
Outlook is linked to my Hotmail account.
I can send attachments up to 10mb from my Hotmail account, without any
problems.
However, when I use Outlook and I attach files larger than 1mb to a message,
the message leaves the Outbox and is shown in the Sent Box as being sent, but
the recipient never receives the message.
Messages from Outlook work fine without attachments or with attachments less
than 1mb.
