Compability with Version from 97 Onwards.

Hello Friends,

There is an excel template and program requirement is to open excel and
dynamically insert data or rows.

Currently on my development PC I have Offce2007, So in C#.NET 3.5, if i add
reference to office 2007 componets then will they work with any Office
Version??

Eg. lets say when i deploy on client machine which may have Office97 or 2003
installed, will it work ?

If NOT , what is the solution ?
