Compact and repair deletes relationships

Has anyone ever seen relationships deleted from a database when a compact and
repair is ran?

It does not happen on backup copy of the database, I suspect mismatched data
but when I run queries to match all the data, everything is fine. The table
has 14 one to one relationships and one, one to many relationship form one
table. all with referential integrity enforced. this database has been in
production fro about 5 years with no problems. this problem has surface
within the last two to three weeks. the only change has been the database
has been moved to 64bit Windows NAS server. Any thought or ideas would be
greatly appreciated.

I've never see it.

For a situation as you describe it, from my technician roots, something that
changed is 99% sure to be the source. Don't see how the server change
could affect internal workings of Access. I'd look harder for other changes
or for other changes that were caused by that change.
