Compact, copy a mdb be using a AT script

Hi,

I would like to include an AT script that can run from Windows Scheduler to
compact and backup a mdb backend at a set time daily.

I've come across some vbs scripts that do the job quite well but many
antivir packages treat these as malicious scripts and block it from running.

I know this topic has been covered before but I have not really come across
a comprehensive solution.

Could someone please help me out.
