Compact Office Outlook 2007

Trying to Compact my Office 2007 - - According to the help - - Am supposed to
go to "TOOL' and select "COMPACT" ; but do NO see compact as an option under
TOOLS - - What am I missing??

What you are missing is that Outlook is not Outlook Express
In Outlook it is File\Archive

Err no - Right-click on Personal Folders, choose Properties and under
Advanced choose Compact.....

In Outlook right-click on Personal Folders, choose Properties, click on
Advanced and click on Compact...
However, you need to be aware that if you are using the new 2003/2007 format
pst file there is no real need to manually compact anyway as this is done
automatically.
