Compacting Error

My PC went into hibernation while I was compacting my database. Now, I can't open it because it is in "an unexpected state". The error message says I can create a new database and import in the tables and queries. However, when I do this, I still can't get access to the data

Does anyone have a workaround to salvage the tables and especially the queries? Thanks.
