Compacting Notebook Files

There was a post several weeks ago which dealt with the growing file size of
the .ONE files. The thread suggested a compaction procedure similar to
defragmentation. Unfortunately, I failed to save the thread. Please help.

PT,
Try going to Tools--> Options--> Save category and clicking the Optimize All
Files Now button. That should help. You might also want to check what the
other two settings in that section of the page are at and adjust them to
optimize your content sooner.
