compacting on closing a particular form

i have a form names "Grievance Input Form".

is there a way to set up the database to compact every time I close this
particular form?

oops - forget the question. after posting I did a little more digging and
figured it out.

i don't plan on sharing it. the most I will do is run it on a laptop. And
keep a copy of it on my desktop.
