Company Contact E-mail addresses - Outlook 2003

Hi,

We use Outlook 2003 for all of our email clients. We have an Exchange
2003 server.

Recently, we added a new domain name and are using this as the new
primary address for all of our recipients.

Many of the Sales Reps and the owners add company employees to their
contacts so that when they sync up their PDA's they will have these email
addresses in their contacts.

In the contacts email addresses, I had to go into each company contact
and click the name in the address book so that the new email address would
show correctly in contacts.

My question is this. When we look at the contacts in the address book,
all of the Outside contacts show Email address their correct email address.
The contacts that were created by selecting the name from the Global address
list show /o=OurDomain/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=Name.

Email type shows EX instead of SMTP.

Even though the e-mail address shows correctly in the individual contact.

One of the owners is concerned that when he is doing wireless sync with
his PDA sending to one of our company employees that the email will not
go thru because it doesn't have the correct email address.

Can anyone explain this?

Thanks,
