We would like to create a company directory that all the users should see in there Outlook how can we set it up so it's centralized one update for everyone
You will need Exchange Server to do this. If you have fewer than 75 devices
and/or users you can use Small Business Server 2003 which includes Exchange
along with Windows Server 2003. The Standard edition of SBS costs less than
the OS alone!
