Company Letterhead

Hi there,

We currently have a Word template containing our company letterhead which
consists of the logo on the left and the address on the right, these have
been created in a table.

My question is can I create an email template so that the company letterhead
will appear at the top of the email but will remain completely visable
whether the email is being read in a standard window or a maximised window.

I have being playing about with the Outlook settings and once got the
company letterhead as I wanted in a standard window but unfortunatly when I
maximised the window the company letterhead stayed at the same size and was
centred in the window instead of expanding so that they ended up on opposing
sides in the window.

I would really appreciate your help as the company is thinking about
deploying Outlook as the standard email client throughout, mainly because
colleagues are using software they are used to which includes a mixture of
Mulberry, Eudora, Mozilla Thunderbird and Webmail. Providing many problems
for the CDOs that work there.

Bear in mind that you don't have any control over how external recipients
read/view their email (e.g. as plain text) You could be going to a lot of
trouble for nothing.

You should also consider that not viewing emails in plaintext opens your
users up to phishing attacks.

Hi there,

Yes we understand that we have no control over how an external contact will
view their email but as we are a high-profile company and our contacts are of
the same nature, a plaintext email simply would not do.

The email would contain a link to a secure section on our server where the
emails are avaliable to view as a webpage.
