Hello guys,
I have a user who made several signatures. All seem to work fine, except the
one with our company logo. When she sends mail (internal to a colleague or
external to clients), the image in the signature will show up as a red X.
This seems to happen on random occassion. We all use Outlook 2003 on a
Microsoft Exchange Server.
The strange thing is I haven't had that problem in any way. While other
users have that same problem, but in less occasions. I can't seem to
reproduce the problem, so I can't figure out what wrong.
The HTML settings (Tools - Mail Format) are all set on HTML, also the
convert to HTML is ticked.
I got to look at her settings, the only difference is that she uses Outlook
to edit her e-mails (she has several signatures that she uses). While I use
Word as e-mail editor and have my signature autoassigned.
The other strange thing is that when she sends me an e-mail in which the
image isn't showing and I reply or forward that same e-mail the image is
showing again.
So my only guess is that the formatting of her signature went wrong. But on
the other hand, we all use the same signature. Although I edited mine myself
in Word...
I'm totally in the dark here, anyone any idea?
Hoping for a swift solution, since it's rather painfull and looks
unproffessional when you send a company mail with a big red "x" in it. Haha
Best regards,
