Company name on appointments

How do I make the contact company name show on my appointments instead of the
contact person name?

Also, why doesn't the appointment allow me to enter a contact using a button
on the bottom like office 2003 did?

Help!!! I am really disappointed with Office 2007 Outlook at this point
because it has made my job a lot harder than it used to be when it comes to
setting up appointments.

Thank you for your help with contact button... Now for my other question:

How do I make the contact company name show on my appointments instead of the
contact person name or in addition to the contact person name? So when I
look at my calendar, I see the company name on the calendar.

Thank you, I am able to get the contact button to appear. . .

however, I still need to figure out how to get the company name to appear on
my calendar rather than or in addition to the contact person's name. Please
advise.

I believe what shows is the "File As" field. If you set your File As to be
the company name rather than (or in addition to) the Contact name does that
help?
