I have outlook 2003 how to I get to display company name
with the first and last?

That didn't narrow it down at all. My question remains. I know of at least a
dozen possible views of Contacts. To which might you be referring?

Just try customizing one of the Contact views or set your File As field to
include the company in Contact options.

display last name, first name and company name.

How to do this?

If you are referring to when you click on the 'Contacts' link on the left of your screen and you want it to display as last/first/company do the following.

On that screen, Tools/Options/Contact Options and change the 2nd section 'file as' drop down to 'last/first/company' and it will display that information for you in gray/bold on your contacts screen.
