Compare and Deleted Data

Is there a way to take an Excel file and compare a column
of data to a large list of phone numbers in a csv file and
delete the numbers that are the same? I have to use the
national Do Not Call list and I want to expedite the
process of weeding out the numbers I cant use. How could
I make this easier than going through 450,000 numbers one
at a time?
