Kristel at Merck
I work for a multinational with 60.000 employees worldwide.
All my colleagues have Outlook set to 'include original message text' when
replying to a message. I think it would be great to have a feature that
allows you to compare the content of two mails (original mail and reply) and
delete the mail that has only redundant information. This would downsize
archives and other mail folders tremendously.
