Compare side by side - Synchronous Scrolling in Excel 2002?

I know how to use Compare side by side for 'Synchronous Scrolling' in Excel
2003, but how do I do the equivilent in Excel 2002?

You can't. You can only open new windows but they won't scroll together as
in side-by-side.

I suspect you could write some event code to track the scrolling in the
other window, but I suspect it will be a little kludgey
