Compare tables in 2 databases?

I have two versions of the same database.
I'd like to be able to compare the table designs in the two databases and
have the differences highlighted.
Is there any tool that can do this?

Sorry, I misread your post and was thinking to compare data.

Use the Documentor and save as a Word document. Use Word to compare the two
files.
